Cookie Policy

Effective date: August 12, 2026

1. Scope

Maraboard is a product and service operated by Insyterra LLC. This policy explains how cookies, local storage, tags, and similar technologies are used on maraboard.com. In this policy, “Maraboard” refers to the product and service, while “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Insyterra LLC when operating Maraboard. It should be read with the Privacy Policy.

Cookiebot is Maraboard's browser consent-management service. On the production, www, and development Maraboard hosts where it is configured, the footer's Cookie preferences action reopens Cookiebot so you can review or change available choices.

2. Necessary Technologies

Necessary technologies support requested service and security functions. They may operate without optional Statistics consent because the relevant feature cannot be delivered safely or reliably without them. They include technologies used for:

  • Supabase authentication sessions, account security, and authorized content access;
  • Cookiebot consent storage and preference recall;
  • Cloudflare Turnstile verification on public contact and developer-inquiry forms;
  • Stripe-hosted checkout, payment security, and return from a checkout you initiate;
  • request routing, fraud and abuse prevention, and service reliability; and
  • local interface state needed to complete a feature you request.

The password cookie used to protect dev.maraboard.com is restricted to that non-production host and is not part of the public production experience.

3. Statistics and Error-Tracking Technologies

PostHog provides Maraboard's browser analytics, session replay, and browser exception capture. Maraboard does not initialize the PostHog browser SDK unless Cookiebot reports Statistics consent.

Before Statistics consent:

  • browser PostHog capture and identification calls are dropped;
  • events are not queued for later replay; and
  • PostHog browser persistence and session replay do not start.

After Statistics consent, Maraboard may record selected page and product events, a pseudonymous or authenticated user identifier, device/browser context, session replay, and browser exception information. General browser autocapture is disabled. Maraboard does not intentionally include free-form inquiry messages, card data, personal documents, or raw payment-provider objects in PostHog events.

If you withdraw Statistics consent, Maraboard opts the browser out, resets the active PostHog identity and persistence, and prevents reinitialization until consent is granted again.

Selected server-side payment lifecycle events and sanitized operational exceptions are not browser cookies and are not controlled by Cookiebot's browser Statistics choice. They support transaction integrity, fraud prevention, and service reliability and are designed to exclude raw card data and secrets.

4. Functional Third-Party Features

Google Maps is loaded on the /projects browse experience to display the requested project map. Google may receive request, network, device, and map-interaction information and may use its own cookies or similar technologies. The current Maraboard implementation treats the map as a requested functional feature; it is not initialized through the PostHog Statistics-consent path.

Sanity supplies public blog content. Resend delivers email with Maraboard open and click tracking disabled. Those server-delivered services do not use Maraboard's PostHog browser analytics cookie path, though following a link to a third-party website may allow that site to apply its own policies.

5. Providers

Technologies on or supporting the site may be operated by:

  • Cookiebot for consent choices;
  • PostHog for consent-gated browser analytics, replay, and error tracking;
  • Supabase for authentication and application data;
  • Cloudflare for Turnstile and security services;
  • Stripe for checkout and payment security;
  • Google for the Maps feature;
  • Vercel for web hosting; and
  • Sanity for public editorial content.

The exact cookies, storage keys, domains, purposes, and durations detected on the live site are presented through the configured Cookiebot declaration where available. Provider technologies may change as their services evolve; we will update Maraboard's configuration and this policy when the change is material.

6. Managing Your Choices

Use Cookie preferences in the site footer to grant or withdraw available optional consent. You can also delete or block cookies through your browser, but doing so may sign you out, prevent consent choices from being remembered, interfere with checkout or form protection, or make requested map and account features unavailable.

Browser controls do not replace category-specific email unsubscribe controls. Optional Maraboard email can be managed through its one-click unsubscribe link or authenticated notification preferences.

7. Changes and Contact

We may update this policy when the site, providers, or consent configuration changes. The current effective date appears above.

Questions may be sent to support@maraboard.com or through the Maraboard contact page.
