Refund Policy

Effective date: August 12, 2026

1. Scope

This policy describes refunds administered by Insyterra LLC for purchases made through Maraboard, including one-time Premium Review access for an identified project. Maraboard is the product and service operated by Insyterra LLC. In this policy, “Maraboard” refers to the product and service, while “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Insyterra LLC. This policy does not govern a property reservation, deposit, purchase, professional fee, or other amount paid to a developer, seller, bank, adviser, or third party.

The project, price, currency, and product are shown before Stripe Checkout. Stripe processes the payment, while Insyterra LLC administers the corresponding Maraboard payment records and project entitlement that control access.

2. Immediate Digital Access

Premium Review provides access to project-specific digital content after verified payment fulfillment. Because access may be granted shortly after purchase and the content can then be reviewed, purchases are generally final once the correct entitlement has been successfully delivered.

This general rule does not limit a refund or cancellation right that applies under mandatory consumer law.

3. When We Will Review a Refund

Contact us promptly if:

  • you were charged more than once for the same buyer, project, and product;
  • the charged amount or product did not match the checkout you approved;
  • verified payment completed but we did not provide the purchased access within a reasonable processing period;
  • a persistent technical failure prevents use of purchased content and support cannot restore access; or
  • the payment was unauthorized or another right applies under mandatory law.

We administer Maraboard's payment lifecycle to detect and attempt to refund certain proven duplicate successful payments. If an automatic duplicate refund cannot be completed, it remains an operational case for review rather than silently changing the original valid entitlement.

A change of mind, a decision not to pursue the property, dissatisfaction with a project's risk profile, or information confirming that an opportunity is unsuitable does not by itself establish a refund after the correct digital content was delivered. The value of a diligence product may be that it identifies uncertainty or risk rather than recommends a purchase.

4. How to Request Review

Email support@maraboard.com from the address used for the purchase. Include:

  • the project name;
  • the approximate purchase date and charged amount;
  • the Stripe receipt or Maraboard payment reference, if available; and
  • a concise description of the duplicate charge, access failure, billing error, or other basis for review.

Do not send a full card number, card security code, password, or authentication token. We may ask for additional non-sensitive information needed to match the verified Stripe payment and account entitlement.

5. Approved Refunds and Access

We request approved refunds through Stripe, and they ordinarily return to the original payment method. We cannot control the time a bank or card issuer takes to post the credit.

When a payment is fully refunded, reversed, or confirmed invalid, we may revoke the entitlement created by that payment. A refund does not delete payment, webhook, refund, audit, or suppression records that we must retain for reconciliation, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal obligations.

Partial refunds are not part of the current automated Premium Review lifecycle. Any legally required or exceptional adjustment must be handled through support and the payment provider without bypassing Maraboard's recorded payment and entitlement controls.

6. Decisions and Mandatory Rights

We review the verified payment, entitlement, access, and support evidence for the request. We may deny a discretionary refund when the correct project-specific access was delivered and no duplicate charge, billing error, unresolved technical failure, unauthorized payment, or mandatory right applies.

Nothing in this policy excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Questions may be sent to support@maraboard.com.
